Sam Jackson Co-President, Class of 2022 Sam Jackson is the class of 2022 at Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina with a focus in Real Estate and Finance. Sam spent last summer as an intern in commercial banking at BOK Financial/Bank of Texas in Dallas, Texas. His internship focused on the debt side of the Commercial Real Estate investment industry. Sam is a member of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity and a Fundraising Advisor for Carolina Homelessness Prevention Initiative. |

Donovan Herndon Co-President, Class of 2023 Donovan Herndon is majoring in business administration with a commercial real estate concentration. After completing the REDI program, Herndon interned at Greystar Real Estate Partners as an investment analyst this previous summer. Prior to serving as co-president, he served as student relations co-chair for UREC his sophomore year. |

David Carroll Learning & Development Chair, Class of 2023 David Carroll is majoring in Business Administration and Hispanic Literatures and Cultures. Professionally, he is looking for a career in multi-family development. David is involved in Semillas de Unidad, Camp Kesem, and Club Handball. |

Carter Veley Corporate Relations Chair, Class of 2022 Carter Veley is a double-major in Business Administration and Economics. David came to UNC after his freshman year at William and Mary. |

Nick Wyatt Student Relations Co-Chair, Class of 2022 Nick Wyatt is studying economics and business with a concentration in real estate finance. Nick spent last summer in Atlanta as an intern for SitusAMC in their Commercial Advisory and Diligence - Debt group. |

Walker Trevey Student Relations Co-Chair, Class of 2022 Walker Trevey is pursuing a career in commercial real estate investment/development. This summer, Walker will be working at Bell Partners as a Portfolio Management Intern. |

Paul Miller Communications Chair, Class of 2022 Paul Miller is an Economics and Music double major and Entrepreneurship and Urban Studies and Planning double minor. Outside of school, he is President of the UNC Clef Hangers and works at Electric Violin Shop in Durham, NC. |

Lindsey Klinck Treasurer, Class of 2023 Lindsey Klinck is majoring in business with a finance concentration, and minoring in conflict management. Lindsey is a Buckley Public Service Scholar and is currently serving in the business team for Carolina Thrift. She previously served as the treasurer analyst for UREC. During the summer of 2020, Lindsey interned with Kane Realty in Raleigh, NC, and will be interning at Stream Realty in Atlanta, GA, for the summer of 2021. |

William (Liam) Tores Operations Chair, Class of 2023 William is studying history and Political Science. His interest in real estate stems from some family members working in the commercial real estate industry and hearing about their experience. He is enjoys the tangible aspect of real estate that makes it different from stocks and bonds. |

Julian Esquer Chair of Diversity & Inclusion, Class of 2023 Julian is studying Business Administration and minoring in Mathematics. This summer he will be interning with Berkeley Capital Advisors, an investment sales firm in Charlotte, and looking to continue his career in Real Estate. |
